Melanie of Sparks from a Combustible Mind has asked her questions for this week’s share Your World

Some Silly Questions:

Is it better to suspect something (bad or hurtful) and not know or to have your worst fears confirmed by sure knowledge?

I would be happy not knowing for sure. Suspicion is also not desirable, but if I suspect something, I would rather give them the benefit of doubt.

What makes you laugh aloud?   Crack up?   Laugh until your sides split?   When was the last time you had a great big belly laugh?

Little things make me laugh and smile. Some old comedies, movie clips or antics of children make me laugh out loud. I am not a big belly laugher but I laugh till my eyes water.

Do you suppose Noah had woodpeckers in the ark?  If he did, where did he keep them?   Apologies to the Darwinians in the crowd…this is merely for fun, okay?

The birds would have followed the ship in air! Otherwise they might have been eaten by other animals.

Why is “Charlie” short for “Charles when they are the same number of letters?

Because Charlie has just two syllables and Charles has three!

Thankful, Joyful, Grateful

What  happened in your world this past week that made you feel thankful, joyful or grateful?

I am grateful that we all are healthy, the babies are growing up gradually and the weather is kind. What else could one want.

And I am going to Seattle to spend time with my elder daughter and her son!
