Rory of A Guy Called Bloke is asking;
At what point in our lives do you think we think we are good enough?
Anytime in life when you attain the emotional maturity to realize that the standards you are judging yourself by are obsolete. You just need to satisfy your inner soul that you are doing the best you can in the given circumstances and you will be good enough.
In life, what do you consider beautiful?
Nature, a child’s innocence, selfless love, a smile. Anything that stirs your soul towards positivity is beautiful. It lies in your eyes .
Do you think that when we dream, we can dream within a dream? But if you don’t dream, why do you think that is?
Anything is possible in dreams, except what happened in “Inception” I dream but often forget about them when I wake up. The dreams that are important are those we dream when awake.
How do you manage your stress or do you not suffer from stress?
I think everyone has stress at one time or another. It can be physical stress or mental stress. When I am physically stressed out I relax with a good book or music. When it is mental stress, I meditate. I talk to God, pray and ask for help.
Are there things or maybe just one thing you wish to achieve before you die?
I don’t have a list of things I want to accomplish before I kick the bucket. Each day is a plus. I try to look forward to living each day the best I can. Help my family and friends and those around me to my fullest capability. Die happy, weighing far less than what I weigh now, that is one thing I do want to achieve!
Some experience many things during their lifetimes, but do you think there is something that everyone should experience at least once?
Love in its purest and most selfless form.
Are you afraid to be different? To stand out from the crowd, to push away your peers if needs be and say “I am ME!”
I was when I was growing up. Now I am just me. The truth that you can’t please all the people all the time is my motivation. I don’t try to please anyone. Just be myself.
Which do you think is easier ‘to hate or to love?’
Both are different sides of the same coin. For me, it’s neither. I don’t experience very strong emotions. Like and dislike are more my cup of tea. Though if you talk about food, I do have very strong preferences!
These are really very thought provoking questions. If you are interested, head over to Rory’s blog and answer these.
