Weekend Writing Prompt #96 ; Seashore

A walk along the seashore can reveal

Hidden treasures and silent moments

A broken spade and a discarded bucket

A child’s dream castle washed away to sea

The crashing and receding waves entice us

To sample the water, to go a few step into

The foaming green blue water, coming in, going back

During a walk along the seashore
