March Speculative Fiction Prompt

Above is March’s image. If interested, you have until March 23rd to submit a response. Happy Writing!

Here’s how it works:

On the first of every month, I’ll post a speculative fiction prompt from Pixabay. These images are attribution free so you can use them on your blog without worrying about copyright restrictions.

The moon glow

Eerie silence

Not a foot fall to be heard

Taking a tentative step towards

The big moon glowing, obscuring the sun

The light, not silver like moonlight, nor golden sunshine

Still shows her where to go, she steps tentatively

There is no fear in her heart, no loneliness

She may be alone but her soul is brave

She stands tall and waits for the

Unknown, in the moon glow

  1. Love the photo and the words. I thought I was following you already but found out today I’m not! My phone app and iPad app are so different, and the reader is too. Oh, well, I’ll try to be more vigilant.😉
